  1. Drink water Keep dehydrated yourself.

  • It is necessary to keep dehydrated yourself on regular basis,   it’s always important to hydrate so you can stay energized and have your best workout.
  • While doing work you forget to drink water in work stress, so always keep this in your mind that you have to drink water to keep dehydrate yourself.
  1. Drinking Green Tea Is Good Or Bad.

Benefits:

  • Green tea contains antioxidants and nutrients that have a powerful effect on the body.
  •  Green Tea is good for weight loss and to improve physical performance.
  • Caffeine is good to improve physical performance.
  • Green tea is good for cancer, memory loss it is also good for the heart.
  • Those people who suffer from caffeine sensitivities could experience insomnia, anxiety, irritability, nausea, or upset stomach.
  • If you are taking any supplements or high doses for any disease then it is not a good option for drinking green tea because green tea could increase blood pressure and heart rate.
  1. Don’t Skip Breakfast:

  • Breakfast skippers tend to gain weight. A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high-fiber breakfast cereal, low-fat milk or yogurt, whole wheat toast, and a boiled egg.
  •  Don’t skip breakfast. Eating a proper breakfast is one of the best positive things if you are trying to lose weight. Your breakfast should be full of protein and carbs it keeps you full for the long day.
  1. Brush Your Teeth neatly:

  • Many people don’t know how to brush neatly, Improper brushing can cause damage to the teeth and gums as not brushing at all. Brush for at least for 2- 3 minutes daily.
  1. Exercise On Daily Basis:

  • A workout buddy is very helpful for keeping you motivated, but it’s important to find someone who will inspire you not discourage you.
  • Cycling, jump rope, jogging, and Yoga are the best exercise for keeps you fit.
  1. Healthy Eating:

  • You should change your eating habits, Eat the right amount of calories for how active you are, so that you balance the energy you consume with the energy you use.  Eat lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables, salad, dryfruits.
  • If you are not- vegan then eat more fish, Fish is good source of protein vitamin and minerals. Oily fish is good for heart disease it contains omega 3 fats.
  • Saturated fat found in many food like cheese, butter, cream , cookies, sweets, pies try to cut down all saturated fat intake. if you are taking this fats on regular basis then it is not good for your health.
  • If you regularly consuming sugary foods and drinks including alcoholic drinks increase your risk of obesity and tooth decay.
  • Eat less salt, Eating too much salt can cause your blood pressure.
